Hello The right open hand waves back and forth several times http://commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/aslweb/H/W1606.htm
How are you? Both middle fingers quickly sweep up and out from the chest. The eyebrows are raised in inquiry.
Very good With the thumb resting on the upper part of the chest, the fingers are wiggled back and forth. http://commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/aslweb/F/W1255.htm
The thumb touches the middle of the chest with fingers extended. One thought is that this sign represents the ruffles on the shirt of a gentleman.
Please The sign for "please" is made by placing your flat right hand over the center of your chest. Move your hand in a clockwise motion (from the observer's point of view, use a circular motion towards your left, down, right, and back up) a few times. See www.lifeprint.com/asl101/pages-signs/p/please.htm for a drawing and further discussion.
    See QuickTime video.
Thank you Touch the lips with the fingertips of one or both flat hands, then move the hands forward until the palms are facing up. http://commtechlab.msu.edu/sites/aslweb/T/W4102.htm
The hand moves out and down. This sign is similar to the gesture of kissing ones hand and extending the hand towards someone else in order to show ones gratitude.
You're welcome The right hand, fingers together and palm facing left, is placed in the upturned left palm, whose fingers point away from the body. The right hand slides straight out along the left palm, over the left fingers, and stops with its heel resting on the left fingertips.
Goodbye The right open hand waves back and forth several times. (Also the sign for hello.)

In Ghana when we say Akan, it comprises of about seven tribes (Asante, Asante Akim, Akem, Kwawu, Akuapem, Brong Ahafo, and Fante) with a slight difference, like American English, British English, and Australia English. These areas cover about 2/3 of Ghana, so most of other tribes can speak and understand it.
