Roles

1.  Provide at least 3 course marshals (one at each of 3 nearby locations) to instruct runners 
WHEN OUTBOUND
stay right on W&OD Trail NORTHBOUND as they pass the aid station

ON THE RETURN, 
stay right on W&OD Trail SOUTHBOUND as they pass the aid station

2.  Provide at least 3 volunteers to set up water & Gatorade, serve in paper cups, and clean up afterwards at aid station at W&OD Trail at Clark's Crossing, to serve runners OUTBOUND and also ON THE RETURN

5:00 PM Pick up provisions at Vienna Town Green
5:30 PM Set up provisions at Clarks Crossing
6:00 PM race starts
6:07 PM first runner OUTBOUND passes aid station and turns right
6:21 PM last walker OUTBOUND passes aid station and turns right
6:24 PM first runner RETURNING passes aid station and continues straight
7:12 PM last walker RETURNING passes aid station and continues straight
7:30 PM after last walker passes, clean up and pack up

3.  Provide at least 2 course marshals to instruct runners NORTHBOUND on W&OD Trail to stay right onto gravel path,
turn LEFT around cone, and return SOUTHBOUND on W&OD Trail

4.  Provide at least 3 volunteers to set up water & Gatorade, serve in paper cups, and clean up afterwards at aid station at W&OD Trail at HUNTER MILL ROAD to serve runners before and after the turnaround
